How long will it take to receive my order?

Antrice Aesthetics makes every attempt to ship within 24 business hours of receiving an order. However, Antrice Aesthetics reserves the right to ship within 24 – 72 business hours of receiving an order.

  • Once shipped, packages could take up to 10 business days to arrive. If a package has not been received within 10 business days, Antrice Aesthetics will re-ship the product and request the original order be returned (at Antrice Aesthetics expense) once it is received. Customer will have 10 days to return the product after shown “delivered”, or will be charged for the extra product(s).

 Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.   

The last step we recommend is filing an insurance claim with the post officeIf damaged packages are delivered or lost, we recommend all customers to file an insurance claim with their local postal office using the following link, File a Claim, My Package is Lost.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Yes. The butt strip is included with your Brazilian. You may however opt out of getting the butt strip if you chose. The price will remain the same.

What is your cancellation policy?

Same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50 percent of the remaining balance.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Clients have up to 12 hours before the appointment time to reschedule the appointment with no fee. After the 12 hour time frame, the appointment will be considered valid, and will result in a rescheduling fee of $25 that will be charged the day of rescheduling.

What is your COVID 19 Policy?

If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, have a low-grade fever, or if you have been exposed, we respectfully require that you move your appointment to at least 14 days after you have been symptom-free. Antrice Aesthetics reserves the right to decline servicing anyone exhibiting symptoms.

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Antrice Aesthetics will only accept return of unopened products for the exchange of store credit. No other refunds will be provided. Absolutely no refunds on services.

Once shipped, packages could take up to 10 business days to arrive. If a package has not been received within 10 business days, Antrice Aesthetics will re-ship the product and request the original order be returned (at Antrice Aesthetics expense) once it is received. Customer will have 10 days to return the product after shown “delivered”, or will be charged for the extra product(s).


To start a return, you can contact us at AntriceAesthetics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll notify you of the shipping return fee, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
